Nevvon powers faster, more confident GTM execution with Mash

From Mash’s knowledge-systems era, 2025 to early 2026. Before Mash became a Personal Relationship Manager, it built custom knowledge systems for a small number of technical B2B revenue teams: bespoke pipelines into each company’s own scattered sources, and answers delivered where those teams already worked. This is a record of that work.

It is not the product on sale today. What carried over is the engineering underneath — reading years of messy, scattered history and making it answer questions reliably. Mash now does that for the people in your own network instead of for a company’s product documentation. See what Mash is now.

About Nevvon

Nevvon supports home care agencies across Canada and the United States, in one of the most complex regulatory environments in healthcare. Its revenue team answers nuanced, state-specific questions in real time, where accuracy and speed feed directly into deal velocity, renewals and customer trust.

The problem: a handful of people held the answers

Before Mash, Nevvon’s internal knowledge sat across several disconnected systems. To get an accurate answer, GTM team members leaned on a small group of internal subject-matter experts. When those people were not immediately free, response times slowed and opportunities waited.

What Mash built

Nevvon deployed Mash as a Slack-native knowledge engine, unifying information from Slack, Jira, Google Drive, HubSpot and other systems into a single searchable layer. Reps asked complex questions in Slack and got answers back immediately.

What made it work was the feedback loop. Team members could rate responses, flag inaccuracies and have subject-matter experts verify an answer where it mattered. Verified responses were captured and reused, so quality improved as the team used it.

“We needed a solution that would capture the nuance that exists from state to state. Mash is able to help ensure that our GTM team can confidently deliver these answers to customers, faster.”
Allan Levine · Chief Commercial Officer, Nevvon

The results

Response times dropped, interruptions to subject-matter experts declined, and customer conversations ran more smoothly. Onboarding accelerated for new reps, who could ramp without leaning heavily on senior colleagues.

“My CSM team is responsible for keeping our customers happy and that often involves answering super challenging questions. Previously, my team often needed to say ‘Let me get back to you’, which can introduce risk into our relationship and our renewal. With Mash, our team can say that 50% less often and get the answers that they need while on a call.”
